Information on digital products and services

The products you will find in the online shop are digital patterns in PDF format so you can make your own knitting and crochet pieces.

All digital products available on this site are the property of Marta Porcel Vílchez and are protected under the “All right reserved” licence. Any use of digital products purchased through this site are for your own personal, non-commercial use. Payment of the price of the digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms of sale.

You agree not to redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, rent, share, loan, modify, adapt, sublicense or transfer digital products available through this site. Nothing in these terms of sale grants any rights other than those expressly set forth herein. In particular, but without limitation, these terms do not grant any rights in connection with the public performance, promotional use, commercial sale, resale, reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation of any digital product.

Creativa Atelier has the right to obtain injunctive relief against you, in addition to all other remedies available to it, to enforce these terms of sale and to prevent unauthorized use of this site, and/or the digital products.

To prevent unauthorized use, digital products may be digitally watermarked to identify the origin of the digital products and to track any subsequent unauthorized transfers. By purchasing a digital product, you agree not to attempt to remove the watermark or circumvent the security technology in any way. 

Price and taxes

They are expressed in euros (€), are marked in each product description and include the corresponding taxes. To receive the invoice for your purchase, please send us an email with your order number and your tax details to marta@creativaatelier.com

Payment method

Payments will be made at the time you place your order. The payment method will be either by PAYPAL or bank card through the point of sale terminal (POS) of our website, managed by BBVA. This website complies with all technical security measures to ensure the security of payments and the protection of data entered when making the purchase.

Delivery

After completing the payment process, a window appears in which there is a download link with the title of the purchased pattern.  Click on the link and the computer system automatically indicates the folder to which you want to download the content.  Once this is done, the download of the PDF file begins.

The second option is through an email that you will receive in your mailbox as soon as you make the payment.  The download system through links is the same as in the previous option. Since it is an automatically generated email, be sure to check your spam folder if you can’t find it. 

Patterns are digital products. They are only sent electronically, never by postal mail.

Returns 

Please note that, due to the digital nature of our products, returns or refunds cannot be accepted once a pattern has been purchased and downloaded. Upon purchase and download, a pattern is considered “used” and therefore deemed non-returnable and non-refundable.

We encourage you to thoroughly review the product information before completing your purchase and to reach out to us with any inquiries you may have. In the event of accidental duplicate purchases of the same pattern, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will happily process a refund for the second purchase.

Customer Account

During the checkout process, once you have your order in the shopping cart, you can create a customer account in our store. To do this, you only need to enter a username and password. This way, you will not have to enter your details every time you shop at the store and you will be able to see the history of your orders. At any time you will have the option, if you wish, to delete your account.

Modification of sales conditions

These conditions may be modified at any time, according to the evolution of this website and the contents offered in it.

Acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale

The purchase of products on this website implies knowledge and acceptance of the legal notice and conditions of sale of this website.
