The DUO Knitted Vest can be knitted both flat and in the round in a single piece that we will sew at the sides or shoulders to form its final shape. Version for both circular and flat knitting available in the PDF Pattern.
Additionally, enjoy the freedom of wearing the vest with either side facing outwards; both sides are stunning!
SIZES
S, M, L, XL. Shown in size S with a chest circumference of 88 cm.
- Size S. Bust circumference between 82-90 cm.+10 cm. of positive ease. Bust circumference of the finished garment 100 cm.
- Size M. Bust circumference between 90-98 cm+10 cm. of positive ease. Bust circumference of the finished garment 108 cm.
- Size L. Bust circumference between 98-105 cm+10 cm. of positive ease. Bust circumference of the finished garment 115 cm.
- Size XL. Bust circumference between 105-115 cm+5 cm. of positive ease. Bust circumference of the finished garment 120 cm.
If you’re unsure about the size or considering using a yarn with a different composition or thickness than the recommended one, I recommend choosing the 4-size pattern. This approach allows you to adjust by working a size up or down if your gauge differs from the indicated one, ensuring your garment achieves the perfect measurements.
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS PER SIZE
Measurements given are for the finished garment.
- Width: 50, 54, 58, 62 cm.
- Armhole Depth: 16, 17, 28, 29 cm.
- Shoulder width: 37, 39, 42, 44 cm.
- Full length from shoulder to hem: 62, 63, 64, 65 cm.
MATERIALS
- 6, 6. 7, 7 skeins of Katia Concept Cotton Merino yarn (70% Cotton, 30% Merino Wool), 50 gr = 105 m. Aran / Worsted weight. Sample shown in color 106 Light Grey.
- 5 mm straight or circular knitting needles (or the size needed to get the gauge)
- 2 stitch holders or waste yarn
- Tapestry needle
